TrucklineMP should be fun and safe. This page has simple tips for younger players.
1. Age
- TrucklineMP is not for anyone under 13.
- If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian before you use it.
2. Keep your account safe
- Turn on two-factor authentication or add a passkey. You can do this at https://id.trucklinemp.com/security.
- Keep your Steam account safe too, because you use it to sign in.
- Never share your codes, backup codes or sign-in links with anyone, even someone who says they are staff. We will never ask for them.
- Only sign in on sites whose address ends in
trucklinemp.comorsteamcommunity.com.
3. What other people can see
- Your profile is public. That includes your display name, picture, bio, SteamID and company memberships.
- While you play, anyone can see where your truck is on the live map.
- Staff can read in-game chat, including private whispers, to keep everyone safe.
4. Protect yourself
- Don't share your real name, address, school, phone number or photos of yourself.
- Pick a username and picture you are happy for anyone to see.
- Don't upload pictures of other people without asking them.
5. If something feels wrong
- Don't reply to people who are being mean or making you uncomfortable.
- Report them at https://trucklinemp.com/support.
- Tell a trusted adult if someone asks for private chats, photos, money, or to meet up.
- If you are in danger, tell a parent or guardian, or contact emergency services.
- In the UK, you can also get help from CEOP at https://www.ceop.police.uk.
6. Your data
- We only keep what we need to run TrucklineMP and keep it safe.
- We don't sell your data, and we don't show you ads from ad networks.

- You can delete your account in Settings, or ask a parent to email [email protected].

Parents can read the Notice to Parents.
