These Game Rules apply to everyone who plays on TrucklineMP game servers. They sit alongside the Platform Rules and the Code of Conduct. Where more than one document covers the same topic, all of them apply. Violations may result in warnings, kicks, temporary bans, or permanent bans, depending on severity and history.
1. General
- Rules marked with an asterisk (*) do not apply on [Arcade] servers, inside NCZs (non-collision zones), or on other servers where specified, unless otherwise stated.
- Traffic laws, traffic lights, and roadside signage must be obeyed when another player is nearby and where local regulations require it.
- Speeding is allowed unless it contributes to an incident or is included as a factor in a punishment. Players are responsible for ensuring their speed does not cause an incident.
2. Hacking, Cheating, and Bug Exploiting
Using any tool, client, or trainer to exploit a vulnerability or modify the game in a way that allows for an unnatural gameplay experience. This includes, but is not limited to, jump hacking, NC (non-collision) hacking, flying, or anything similar.
- Use of SCS's SDK, or any other generally acceptable method of interaction with the game, is allowed.
- Using a workaround to bypass any restriction created by TrucklineMP is not allowed.
3. Ramming*
Purposely or negligently causing a collision with another player.
This excludes situations where the players involved are friends and have all consented to any repercussions that may arise. However, this rule may still be breached if colliding with a friend causes another player to be rammed. Therefore, while colliding with friends is allowed, it must be done in a place where no other players are likely to be harmed.
4. Blocking*
Causing a prolonged blockage of anywhere that causes other players to be unable to pass safely, including failure to use the F7 feature and/or tow to road when appropriate.
A prolonged blockage is a blockage that lasts 60 seconds or more.
